100-130 lb. person requires 41 capsules per day
130-180 lb. person requires 64 capsules per day
180-plus lb. person requires 82 capsules per day

180 plus person requires 110 grams per day
For best absorption, a retention enema is recommended with equal amounts of cartilage powder and sterile water blended together.
Arthritis:
Arthritis patients, depending on the severity, 9-12 capsules daily before
meals. As pain decreases the dosage can be reduced to about 3-5
capsules daily.
