DIET
- Fruit until noon
- Juiced up 6-8 glasses in the morning of all
fresh organic fruit
- Lunch - whole grain cereals (cracked oats, cracked
wheat, flaxseed, wheat bran cooked to a cereal and ate hot with honey)
- Afternoon - 4-6 glasses of vegetable juice (mainly
carrots with some cabbage, beets, celery, garlic, etc. added)
- Dinner -- steamed vegetables, fish two or three
times a week
- No caffeine or red meat
- Frying done only in olive oil
- Eat lots of salads sprinkled heavily with bee
pollen
- HOME-MADE dressings made of olive oil, vinegar,
